Today we visited the Gujarat Hindu Society Temple Preston! We learned all about the Hindu religion, culture and impact on its local community. We were privileged to watch as lots of Hindus came to pray, and we took part in a traditional Hindu meditation session.

Then, we became aspiring geographers! We visited Avenham park and identified the human and physical features as well as looking at the local river, incredible railway bridge and looked at the land use of how the park is used. The trip definitely inspired some new found passions and interests in geography for the year 2 children.
