Yesterday Year Three became archeologists for the afternoon and Year Four became Stone Age tool makers. Over the term both classes have been lots about the Stone Age to Iron Age period and enjoyed lots of practical sessions. The children really enoyed the activites and learnt lots. Did you know that they used a glue made from pine resin to attach their flint to their handles?
